• Application completely filled out
• Gather the following information for verification:
  • Previous 2 years tax returns
  • Previous 2 years W-2's
  • Previous 2 months bank statements
  • Previous 2 pay check stubs
• Have Dave make copies
• Distribute copies to multiple lenders (keep originals)
